What is included in Operations and Maintenance?

Operations and Maintenance services are all provided and taken care of by TotalEnergies​ with no additional cost and the details are specified in the lease agreement and contract signed for the project. The services provided include:

 

  • Ongoing 24/7 system performance and operational status monitoring.

  • Minimum of once a month cleaning of solar modules and maintenance check. However, this varies based on the weather condition.

  • Ensuring the continuous availability of remote monitoring access to you both through an online web page and a phone application.

  • Dusting of inverters once every 180 days or when needed.

  • Preventive maintenance schedule as per the equipment manufacturer's recommendations, guidelines and warranties.

  • Provision of the contact details of a technical person responsible for the operations and maintenance of the project
